If you have not renewed your membership in 2012, please select the non-member pricing and your membership will be automatically renewed.

For mail-in registration and payment by check, print and mail the following form:

If you are registering more than one person online, please fill out the form above, and e-mail it to Julia Keedy or Fax it to: 303-806-8953.

Please be sure to include the name of the Symposium Registrant and email address by either:
1) adding the member name and email address in the text box on the "Note to Seller" box on the paypal checkout page, or
2) printing out the registration form available above, filling it out, and e-mailing it to Julia Keedy or Faxing it to: 303-806-8953.
