Please be sure to include the name of the Symposium Registrant and email address by either:
1) adding the member name and email address in the text box on the "Note to Seller" box on the paypal checkout page, or
2) printing out the membership form available below, filling it out, and e-mailing it to AWRA Colorado Section or send it to the PO Box listed.
